Booking deposit for all tours is $90.00 per person. Price of tour is given in tour details

On return from your tour we will drop off at your hotel or as close as is practical to your accommodation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – THIS IS NOT A BOOKING CONFIRMATION

The completion of this form and providing your credit card details for the quoted price does NOT automatically mean your booking is firm, until we confirm your booking in writing. We deal with all our clients on a PERSONAL basis and need to check our availability and the number of existing passengers to ensure that we have not “double booked” on the same day. For fairness to all, we need to confirm all bookings in the strict order of receiving them.

Your credit card details will be collected at the time of booking but will not be charged until we confirm your booking.

Please do not make airline bookings or other bookings until you receive a written BOOKING CONFIRMATION from us.
This may take up to 24 hours.

In the unlikely event that we do not have the minimum number of passengers or we do not have enough space on a tour we will advise you immediately either by phone or email and you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another tour.

Over 21 days, full refund.
14 – 21 days, full refund less administration fee of $20.00 per booking.
7 – 14 days, full refund less an administration fee of $10.00 per passenger.
2 – 7 days, $50 per passenger will be charged.
Less than 24 hours, No refund.

If due to circumstances beyond our control we have to cancel any journey or tour, you will receive a full refund.
If we are unable to complete a journey due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, road conditions, or mechanical failure of one of our vehicles we will offer you a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative tour.

Your credit card details must be provided at time of booking. We accept Master Card, Visa and Union Pay. Your card will not be charged until we confirm availability. Please do not make any other bookings (airline etc) until we confirm your booking in writing. If we need to contact you prior to confirmation we will do so by phone if we can or email.

We do not take children under 7 years
