Our Small Group “Multi-Day Tours” are available upon application and are tailor made for your group. Please contact us well in advance of your desired holiday dates* so we can work with you to put together your dream holiday.
We can cater for family groups, senior citizens, corporate and special interest groups and specialise in arranging tours for groups from China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea. We have Chinese speaking guides to add to your enjoyment.
What do our tours include?
Although similar to our private charter we do a lot more than drive the bus. However, you, our client, are in control. You might already have a reasonable idea of the places you want to visit. You might also prefer to choose your own accommodation, which often works better for your group as you know your budget and the type and configurations you need. Our job is to look at your basic plan, then make helpful suggestions and tie the whole thing together for you.
If you do not have a basic plan then we will send you a “Planning Questionnaire” which will help us (and you) to come up with a fantastic tour itinerary that will satisfy all your group members. We can even do this on Skype, which also gives you an opportunity to ask questions as we go along.
From then on, we will keep in touch until your arrival. We meet and greet at the airport, help with all your luggage and then provide a truly knowledgeable driver guide (sometimes two guides depending on nationality of group and size).
Please note our minimum group size is 5 and prefer a maximum size of 12. This is for environmental reasons, to ensure we do our bit in protecting some of the beautiful and sometimes pristine places we visit.
* We strongly recommend that you start planning your holiday up to 12 months ahead with a minimum of 4 months. This is due to the availability and choices of accommodation – the more time you allow the more choices you have. Anything less than 4 months (when planning a holiday in the months of November – through to April) and all accommodation might be fully booked.
