Once we have reviewed your booking request to ensure we have the minimum number of passengers for your chosen tour and in addition we have checked we have sufficient seats available we will confirm your booking in writing within 24 hours.

You will not be charged until your booking is formally confirmed via email.

If there is any problem or we have additional questions or information to give you (e.g.there are track closures or expected bad weather) we will try and contact you by phone, text message or email.
