MAKING A BOOKING & PAYING FOR YOUR TRANSPORT

OPTION 1.

CREDIT CARD OR CHEQUE.

If you wish to pay by credit card or cheque the cost will be based on the rates on this web site. You will be charged the full cost at the time of booking.

Confirmations:  Once we have received your payment (please allow at least five days if you have sent us a cheque) we will send you an email confirming your booking – please check this carefully. 

OPTION 2.

SPECIAL CASH RATES

These rates are not shown on this web site but will be sent to you by ticking the relevant box on this page & returning this form as “an enquiry”. If you then decide to go ahead & book we will request a credit card security deposit of $25.00 per person.

A Credit Card Security deposit means that you securely send us your credit card details and authorise us to debit your credit card in the event that you default on the booking conditions. Your credit card details are securely stored off line & upon payment of the full cash price on the day of your transport your credit card details are shredded & destroyed.

OPTION 3.

If you prefer not to use your credit card at all, then you can pay your deposit by direct credit to our account. This deposit will be treated as “cash” and when paying your fare your deposit will be deducted from the cash price.  If you choose this option please ensure you include a reference for the payment which includes your surname & date of service i.e. Gibbs07022011 (Surname - Gibbs, Date of sevice 7th Feb. 2011)

Special Note:  The advantage of paying a security deposit rather than the full cost up front is that should the number of passengers be less than six when you book, but subsequently we get additional passengers, your actual fare will be cheaper.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS


DEPOSITS:
  • Over 21 days full refund.
  • 14-21 days full refund less an administration fee of $20 per booking
  • 7-14 days an administration fee of $10.00 per passenger
  • Less than 7 days no refund (Loss of your deposit - $25.00 per passenger)
WHEN A FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED :
  • Over 21 days full refund.
  • 14-21 days full refund less administration fee of $20.00 per booking
  • 7-14 days an administration fee of $10.00 per passenger.
  • 1-7 days ($25.00 per passenger will be charged)
  • Less than 24 hours we will charge full fare.

If due to circumstances beyond our control we have to cancel any journey, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to complete a journey due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, road conditions, or mechanical failure of one of our vehicles we will offer you a full refund or take you to your destination as soon as safe conditions exist or another vehicle is able to complete the journey.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
We regret that we accept no liability whatsoever for any delays of our service that cause you to miss another transport connection. You are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
